Mrs Damilola Oloruntade

 ^{She decided to embark in a male-dominated industry at a young age of thirty,  she is well known in Nigeria and Internationally as the “Shit Boss Lady”.   Over the years, she has developed entrepreneurial skills of several youths,widows and turned miscreants  in the community to useful hands.   The company has grown to be known  Nationwide and Africa, as leader in Sanitation, Hygiene and Pest Control industry, with customers in Nigeria and Neighbouring Countries.  She began the journey of entrepreneurship by giving back to the society, through an idea she conceived called Partners in Cleaning The Environment (P.A.C.E), proudly approved by the Lagos State Ministry Of Environment.   P.A.C.E is an exciting environmental initiative with the first pilot project in Ebute Metta, where she employed over fifty street cleaners with remuneration paid by her, without any help from governments or private individuals.   Some of the personnel were from different backgrounds, widows, miscreants, youths, and the elderly.    She is passionate about a Clean environment and using this to reduce poverty in Nigeria and Africa.   She is happily married to Mr Segun Michael Oloruntade who they  run the business together.  She is currently running her MBA Finance at Arden University in the United Kingdom, she is a member of ISSA , NPMA, CPAN,PECAN .}
